MVI56-MCMR problem

Hi,

I am getting the solid RED OK LED of MVI56-MCMR module. what can be probable causes. as per manual it seems
"The program has halted or a critical error has occurred"

anybody can tell where is the problem.

Is it new or is it an existing card
If is it new make sure you have the sample code loaded and setup right.
