No communication between PC341 and partners

Please help!
PC341 is no more communicating with his two partnes: no communication LED blink, no SF LED.
The associated CPU S7-414 (H architecture) signals that the CP341 is ready to run (no error)
What can be the problem?
 
I am Guedo's colleague
One of the two partners indicate a net work fault and the other emits a Tx signal and does not receive an Rx signal
The Rx and TX LEDS doesnot blink
