I recommend setting up a free DropBox or Google Drive account, and post a link to it. That lessens the load on the PLCTalk server (those attachments are stored there indefinitely) and overcomes the file size limitation.
I use DropBox, myself: Easy to use, easy for other people to use, no entanglement with other services.

edit: For anyone that might use the L5K trick to convert it back be warned: I had a situation where the Ethernet module property windows was goofed up after I did this. Didn't find out until a few weeks later. Had to find a few version references in the file that fixed it.
