I am trying to get a faceplate working for this card, as of now I am using the 1756-OF8 faceplate from the Rockwell sample code library, but after much configuration I am still getting errors.

Has anyone used a faceplate for the 1756-OF8H card, does it make a difference if I am using the OF8 faceplate? Or is it more likely I have it configured wrong?

The OF8H card with HART modems is a totally different animal than the ordinary 8-channel analog card. I suspect it would be very difficult to modify the faceplate for the conventional card to work with the HART card.

HART modules have a complicated history; you're almost certainly going to need to get in touch with RA Technical Support for a faceplate or sample code for the 1756-OF8H. Be sure you're ready with the exact Series letter and firmware revision.

Thank you guys for the quick response; I had a feeling I would not be able to use the non-HART faceplate, I will contact technical support.

I gave them a call and I was referenced to article #54857 in the knowledge base, but I am still not seeing an appropriate faceplate.
