We replaced a Tamagawa Resolver BRT TS2651N141E78 , and now we are getting some direction issues. I don't know much about resolvers , but could they be wired up wrong and sense the wrong direction ? If so , which leads would you change ?

Thanks so much in advance

you should compare the wiring of the old one to the new . the resolver connection consists of
+ sin wave
- sin wave
+ cos wave
- cos wave
+ excitation
-excitation
all resolvers are the same but the wires color is different
read the manual of the two resolvers and then try to make same wiring with the above description of the standard wiring
