Hi, all. We have one 840D-sl system: NCU 720.1 and smart line module (pn: 6sl 3130-6ae15-0ab0)...everything runs well.
We change the smart line module to Active Line Module (6sl 3130-7te23-6aa1), but after config., there is a alarm:
206400: DP003.Slave003.(2): Infeed line supply date identification selected/active.
There is 24V on EP. AND we gave up-edge signal (+24V) to X122.1 on NCU, but alarm 206400 is still there.
There are some parameters:
CU MD: r2 [10]: ready for operation
Supply MD: r2 [45]: switch on inhibit -- remove fault cause, acknowledge fault.
r46: bit0=1: OFF1 enable missing;
bit17=1: OFF2 enable internal missing;
Drive MD: r2 [31]: ready for switching on -- set "ON/OFF1" = "0/1" (p0840)
r46: bit0=1: OFF1 enable missing;
bit9=1: infeed enable missing;
bit12=1: setpoint enable missing;
bit30=1: speed controller inhibited;
We even use the switch to control the signal to X122.1 on NCU and when we checked there is 24V on it. But the system always gives us the alarm and tells us OFF1 enable missing.
We tried, reset and reboot the system serval times, p3410 is still 5 and p3402 = 1. The LEDs on infeed module are green and yellow, it looks like ok.
