FPC-202 project loading error

Hello I'm having a big trouble with loading project into FPC-202 control from Festo software tool (see attached 1).

Here is what am I doing (see attached 2)
And here is what am I getting (see attached 3)

Have no idea and couldn't find anywhere what does this error means.

Please help, cause I'm in a really deep trouble with it.
