siemens S7-300 to another S7-300 PLC communication on ethenet

Once again your guidance is required.I am trying to learn how to set up the communiations between PLC on ethernet.
I have two S7-300 PLCs .1) 315-2AF03-0AB0 with CP 343-1EX11-0EX0 2) 315-2AG10-0AB0 with CP 341-1EX21-0XE0.
I configured the harware in both PLC and connected through a ethernet new switch.Up to here its ok.
Now when I try to find suitable block to use from library. which block should be used for send and receive data from other PLC.
I would appriciate if someone can explain in detail with the parameters.

PUT/GET or AG_SEND/AG_RECV.
Notice that you must use the blocks from the "SIMATIC_NET_CP" ... "CP 300" library in Simatic Manager.
There are sample projects on Siemens support website.
