Factory Talk 7.0 alarms display

I'm upgrading our HMI computers to Windows 7 64 bit running Factory Talk 7.0. It really hasn't been all that difficult once I got the tag database converted it runs just fine.

Except for the HMI alarms display. I've been screwing around with this for 2 days and I cannot get it to work.

HELP!!!o_O
