Siemens ET 200s program recovery

I inherited a Siemens system that the program was inadvertently from the Laptop it was developed on. I have the program I was able to upload from the PLC. There are no Tag Names. I do have a list on Inputs,Outputs,Timers Ect..
Is there a way to recover the tag names from the PLC or are thay lost?
