Mitsubishi E200 HMI program uploading.

Dear,
please tell me
1) How to see version of E200 Mitsubishi HMI?
2) Is there any need of going into any transfer menu in the HMI or it can be upload simply from E-designer tool via receive option?
3) CAB5 cable for RS 232 communication has the following connections or some thing else please mention?
