WinCC flexible Question

I have attached here two screen shot. The Local button Animation --- visibility is set as tag EN_LSTN_SPO. But this tag is internal tag. In this tag properties change value Event 2 script will run you can see from attached.

My question is as it is internal tag how visibility get the value. Thank you.

it gets value same as external tag. for bool action logic it doesn't matter if the tag is internal or external. internal tag in wincc is like markers in plc.
