so the CIO is for I/O
and the W0.00 is like Siemens M 0.0

What is comparable to Siemens DB?

I usually Map Siemens External I/O to a DB and then use that so If and Input or Output Changes I only change it in that one area is there something like that I can do in Omron?

I have not worked with Siemens for years so a bit rusty.
I think DBs are registers so would be DMs (data memories).
Some PLCs have retentive and non retentive registers - all Omron data memories are retentive.
Alternatively you can just use CIO in Omron if you do not want retentive registers - Omron memory map if very flexible and you can use CIO for everything - I cannot ever remember using W (work) bits at all - pointless to me when I can use CIO for virtually everything.
Be aware that H area is memory retentive also - both bits and words.

Siemens DB's from what I understand are like AB's Files or something in that Nature
When Creating a Siemens DB you can have that be addressed to another location.
What I usually do is make a Siemens DB #123, call it Inputs, and make another one called Siemens DB #321 call it Outputs.
I Then map the I/O address that are coming from the external cards that are connected to the plc (I/O cards). So if the address changes then all I have to do is change that one mapping location.
