that's siemens 3rw40 series of big soft starters with soft stop and two-phase regulation, i'll assume you know power contacts, then from left to right:
A1,A2 - coil contact
1 - 24VDC +
2 - Not used
3 - Start/Stop
13 - NO contact
14/24 - NO/NC common
23 - NC contact
95 - OL common
96 - OL NC
98 - OL NO
if that is what you asked
don't forget the settings, and reset mode to check
