Allen Bradley SLC500 and CDN066 with RSlogix500 or RSnetworkx?

Please I need help ,

I would like to establish the sending and reception of data between SLC500 Allen Bradley and DSP Texas Instruments.

DSP is on serial port and I use a CDN066 to convert RS232(serial port) to DeviceNet (1747SDN DeviceNet port).

I want to know if for the programmation of the SLC500 to send messages to the DSP through CDN066, would I need RSLogix500 or RSNetworkx to program?

Please, do you think that I will also need the 1770 KFD??

Because, I have read in the datasheet of cdn066 that I will need the 1770KFD for Allen Bradley to connect RSNetworxs to DeviceNet.

But me, I don't want to communicate in DeviceNet between the SLC500 and my PC. I just need my PC to programm the PC througt a serial port or a DH485 port and not to communicate in DeviceNet.

The DeviceNet communication is only between the SLC500 PLC and the DSP oof texas instrument and I have the CDN066 to make conversion from DeviceNet to RS232 (DSP¨port)

Do you think that I need also 1770 KFD???

you will need to configure the DeviceNet network Master, its Scanlist and the type of data packets transfer.
For DeviceNet on SLC platforms, the only way you could accomplish this task is via RSNetWorx for DeviceNet while connected to the network using a PC to DeviceNet interface, either Serial RS232(1770-KFD) or USB(1784-U2DN).
