we have a washer with a panelview 550 in it that came from canada.no one knows the password to change the temps!how do i clear the password?

Do you have the offline program?

If not upload it from the PV.

Then take a look under security to see what the password is. Or delete the password and download the revised program.

Or post the program file here ( zip it first)

thanks Mickey that worked!used a straight rs 232 cable instead of crosed cable,got it to upload and cleared security checks.thanks jim.
