Protool in windows 7

Hy, I am trying to install Siemens Protool under Windows 7 (32bit), but it keeps giving messages making this installation difficult. While on my colleague’s laptop, with same windows, it installed and is running well. Any ideas why this issue is happening? Has someone tried this before? Thanks
