Connecting Cx-Programmer through CIF41

Dear All,

I want to do connection from Cx-Programmer to CP1E-N60DR-A through CIF41 v2.0.
I have tried connecting PLC direct to my computer or by using HUB network, and it still failed.
But i have succeed in doing PING and also connect PLC by using IE.
What is the problem?
Would you mind to check the setting from my attachment?
