I have an issue with importing Symbols between two WinCC Flexible 2008 projects. I do the following:

1. Right click and copy from source project library in WinCC.

2. Click in the project library window and select paste.

3. Window appear prompting that object exists, select update exisitng.

4. Symbol appears to update.

However the name is deleted during the import! Any ideas as to how to correctly import or causes of the issue?
