I am hoping someone can help (not having a Honeywell Service Contract = no Support). I am trying to download to a RC500 RTU. Really just to change the configured IPaddress. I have a Sixnet IO toolkit which although capable of uploading seems to be not capable of downloading to the unit.
Anyone encountered this before and have a workaround??
