Finding the appropriately keyed mini-DIN8 connector and assembling its very small pins is much harder than purchasing the appropriate cable.
The official A-B cable is 1761-CBL-PM02.
Similar cables are available at lower cost from www.ind-concepts.com.
The pinout of the 1761-CBL-PM02 is available on the RA Knowledgebase (as document 18942) and other places on the Internet.
Remember that Pin 1 is at +24V DC on the MicroLogix 1000 controller. Be careful !
