Getting an odd error I haven't seen before..

Every time I try to deploy a new object I get an error that says, "Error: Failed to deploy XXXX : However, the object could not be put On Scan - Permission to modify "Operate" attributes is required"

I found 2 links that have this issue on WW Developer network (sign in required I think)
http://tinyurl.com/mlxna4k
http://tinyurl.com/mtovcug

One said to put the object in the Default security group and then deploy it - then assign it where you want and deploy it again. The problem is it already is in the default group! After getting the error on deploy, it still shows as a blue ball that has been deployed as well.

Any thoughts/ideas/feedback/assistance would be appreciated.

Oddly enough - this "somewhat" worked itself out. Signing into the galaxy as a different user (in the same group with the same permissions) was able to deploy the objects.
