Situação: Detectar a graduação em seringas de plástico e vidro. Aprovar se coincidir a posição da escala com a referência zero.

Procuro: Um produto ou alternativa, de custo acessível que não seja complexo como os sistema de inspeção visual

Questão 1: Alguém já utilizou inspeção visual de camarâ escura? Penso, em o produto seguir por uma esteira vertical. Com anteparo negativo da escala da seringa , aciona o flash de uma lâmpada e se detectar a passagem de luz, descarta o produto defeituoso.

Questão 2: Alguém conhece o sistema atual e confiavel utilizando nesta situação.

If I understand correctly, the problem is to inspect and to verify fill level of a syringe (made of plastic and glass). This is pharmaceutical production, right?

Given the importance of the task, I believe that a machine vision system is the only right solution here. It is also very fast.

My personal choice would be a Cognex camera, although there is a lot of others on the market.

In my opinion, a vision system would be the most reliable, especially when we're talking about defects that can cause death! You want something that will be capable of 100% inspection. If you haven't priced tham recently, realize that vision systems are much more economical than they used to be.

Actually, I think dandrade is looking to inspect that the printing is correctly located and aligned on the syringe.

I agree with a vision system being the only way to go in this application. Considering the consequences of failure, I cannot see how COST should even remotely be a consideration. I guess that is why my accounting department doesn't like me....
