How to set special flash...?

Dear : every one
I have project about contact plc xinje xc3 series to another hardware with
RS485 port (Free format communication) But i cannot set FD8220 to 255(HFF)
This is a special flash. and i don't know how to take it...?
If possible...Help me please..
