BSoD after Starting WinCC flex 08 sp3 runtime

Hello Experts,

I have a problem in WinCC Flex 2008 Sp3, when I start runtime system , after 2 to 5 sec when it started to communicate with the PLC , BSOD ( Blue Screen of Death) appears. Can anyone help me with this. I'm a little bit confused about this kind of error, it might be in my PC system or the PLC i use. by the way i use S7-200

I hope you pass by and write something about this kind of error.
