CPU615 and MC fault

I have a CPU614 (6ES7 614-1AH01-0AB3) and an MC EPROM card (6ES7 951-0KJ00-0AA0).

If I load the program to CPU works fine until power off. Then loses the program.

If I plug the MC card, the the SF led lit. They told me if the card contains different configuration than the actual, is a reason to give me SF fault. How can I format the MC card without PROMMER or PG?

This was a very special CPU for injection molding machines

Maybe your local Siemens office will erase the EPROM for you ?

Does this CPU have a battery ?

We don't have local distributor for siemens here.
The CPU has battery 3.6V lithium and I replace with new one.
