312IFM (6ES7 312-5AC02-0AB0) problem

I try to work with an 312IFM CPU module.
I make a simple FC with I124.0 and Q124.0 to check the CPU.
Everything seems OK (compiling & downloading) but the program did not run.
I put the I124.0 to L+ and no Q124.0 activation.

I saw something like module test function is enabled.

Can you help me please??

Have you made a call to your FC within OB1?
Is the PLC in RUN

Yes, I call the function from OB1 and yes, the PLC was in run.
Maybe I need to copy the RAM to ROM?
