According to the RA Compatibility website, yes it will.
RSView32 version 7.60 is supported under Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, but not 64-bit.

I have 22 licenses of RSView32 running perfectly fine under Win7-32. I so wish I could honestly say the same about the FTView licenses running under Win7-64, but I can't, that would be a bigger whopper than any of the ones Obama told earlier this week.
