Block move in L5K

I have a DINT array with 600 elements. I would like to do a block move to move a value (3) to each element using one command. Is this possible in RSLogix5000 (v18)? I tried using a MOV without referencing an array element but it won't compile due to error.

FLL a Constant of 3 to DINT[0] For Length 600
