Dear colleagues,
urgently need your help.
I need to add flip flop logic for pumps in my code.
Now the logic is:
We choose the tank and start pump 1 and if have fault or no flow then start pump 2.
If have no flow on pump 2 then start tank 2 and do the same checks (flow and fault for each pump). If have fault on both pumps then we dont start the other tank, just wait for reset.
I need to use this toggle bit in order to start the pump 1 when we have request first time and even if it works ok next time we have request we need to run pump number 2. We can stay with the same tank until it has more than 10%.
Highly appreciate your advice.

please refer the attachment example guide only,

you need revise/modified the drawing to meet your expectation,

as long its meet safety and process requirement,

if you request to us to check it may take time and effort,

the best you draw the logic flow to reduce the mistake anything to alter refer back the drawing.

your need decide your program whether complicated or standard,

draw the flow and translate to pulse/wave for first time,

if you professional programmer you will another technique/method.

I can put together what's going on with enough time but it would really help if you have a P&ID or sketch of the system.
