Beckhoff Twincat PLC / Close Visu and Shutdown

I have made Twincat PLC Visu graphical interface. How can make a button which opens Windows XP Start menu?

How to close Visu and shutdown PC so that Twincat also ends properly?

The first one tells you how to shut down a PC.
The second one tells you how to start a process. I don't know of a direct method to open the start menu... of course this doesn't mean that there it is not there...

Thanks Joan. Now I'm able open start menu by using that start process function block and running "openstartmenu.exe" which opens start menu.
