ActiveX graph with fast update rate

Hello

i have a signal from an opc server that is updating every 10 mSec. i want to display this value in real time on my SCADA system. the embedded graphs in the SCADA system are not capable of updating fast enough.

dose anyone know where i could get a free ActiveX graph that will update every 10mSec or some other fast rate. ideally one that could be linked directly an OPC server.
