RSlogix 500 no simulation?

Hi,
I'm new to RSlogx 500, I can't find how
to simulate my program offline. Is this
software providing this function?
I want to connect software to Micrologix1000, how can I simulate my
program without connecting my PLC to
a real world.

Hi James,

You are right, there is no simulate package with RSLogix. The simulation package was made available as a separate product called RSEmulate500.

The Emulate package DOES comes with the Profesional version of RSLogix but does not come in the Starter or Standard packages.

There is a simulator available at http://www.thelearningpit.com/, I don't how well it works as I am in the process of downloading it now.

May be worth checking out.
