Need to help about simotion and WinCC

Dear all.
In my project, i need to transfer data from simotion to wincc, i find out we only use OPC to do that. pls show me use opc is correct, if it's correct pls show me how can i do it, cause i dont know much about opc of wincc and simotion. If you have another way easier, pls show me.
it's urgent for help.
