version problem

I have a problem with my version of RSLogix 5000 prof.V12.00, I have to version 15.30, who knows how to do this, big problem as I otherwise the program file can not be read. in

You need to have a Rockwell notification to dowload, my software with complete laptop 2nd hand purchase, who knows how this could be solved quite a number licientie but no account name, also have a PC version 12.00, perhaps this would be better on data going?
