Rslogix 5000 fatal dump error

Hey guys I'm having problems here in my shop and wondering can give me a hand with this problem i keep having when I try to log on to any controller here in the plant it get's a fatal dump error on the rslogix 5000 when I'm uploading a program from the controller. Here are some pictures thanks !

You need to goto the path that is in your error and post the dump file before anyone could help you.
Also what version of logic are you using, what os, is this a new install of the software or has it been working.

I thought I had post the picture here is the pic of the file I believe it has to do with the version the program was created on for the rslogix the current one is running is v18 and I realy don't know if it's working or not since I just get here and no one ever logged one since no one at my current job knows plc I have only been able to log on into one plc here in the plant the rest I keep getting this fault.

I believe it's because the program was writin in a later version then we have here but I'm asking to make sure?? And help would help me thanx!
