Programming Delt DVP over Ethernet

Hello,
is it possible to program (and debug) a DVP series PLC via Ethernet with the DVPEN01-SL Ethernet module? Like I do with the serial programming cable, but remotely.

Documentation is scarce and the module is a little pricey to just buy it and see :)
