wonder ware smart symbols

I am trying to find a easy way to edit the tags in a smart symbol, is there a way to copy and past, or use a csv file to just change one smart symbols tags? I have read the manual and it describes how to enter each tag indivudaully which is possible but is very slow as the smart symbol i want to edit has 30 plus tags associated with it. Thanks!

I use to use Find/Replace in changing references to smart symbols.
