hello guys ...i been having problem with omron CPU CH200HE..where the red led
error light is on ..but it not flashing ..it continue steady light ..

i had check present of 24vdc at all input and output terminal..
and also any loosen terminal .but i could not find the problem..

humbley request for any hint or had missed something to check on ..

Go online with the CX-Programmer and check what the error is - it may only be a dead battery but may be worse.

The message show IO bus error..I had even try change cpu itself
But could nit settle the problem..and change then battery itself..

Does this there is problem on inout n output..I even had try isolate
The input and output wire..just left the io unit without any connection
Still gt the same result..

Any other small hint that can help me work out

Could be the rack - try plugging everything in and out several times to clean up the contacts.

Thanks bob...

I did change backplane (io rack) and it works...
But curious coukd backplanes get damage..I dont forse any damage curcuit at it
