i have separator comes from Italy to my country Egypt with micrologix 1400 the program is installed at Italy but when i delivered it there is no program how i bring this program what i can do and the company at Italy don't want to send the program to me

Have they forgotten to install the memory back-up battery before shipping, so when you lose power, you lose the program?

They need to send you the program to reload into the PLC....

Depending how long the PLC wasn't connected to power the back up battery could have died too.

if the battery light is solid red when the poower is turned on, then the program is lost.

the machine should be under warranty and you should notify your boss of the problem. they should have them come to you and install a new battery and reload the program.

you should also have a copy of the program for just this sort of thing. the battery will not last forever.

The 1400 does not have a battery light

If your fault light is solid then you have a hardware fault page 183 below and may not have anything to do with your battery
