Help me for rslinx enterprise issue

Hello Guys,

I installed factory talk view studio on new laptop. When I go to RSLINX ENTERPRISE, I can't see my PLC 5/40 Processor with an Ethernet Interface.

In my old laptop, I can see this PLC under RSLinx Enterprise, but can't see in my new laptop.
