Your question is not clear.
What exactly are you trying to do?
Transfer data between two S7-1200's ?
Use ET200S or M IO with a S7-1200 ?
Or ?
 
those modules should already be in your HW library. no need to add gsd. add them to your HW and it should be clear from there.. me thinks?
