Question about Intermec IF2

Not sure if anyone has used one of these or not.

I have been tasked with getting an Intermec IF2 RFID reader to work with a L74 Processor. Wasn't sure if anyone had any suggestions or not on how to set it up. The manual leaves something to be desired. Want to make it work over Ethernet.
