RSLogix 5000 controller properties error

I am using RSLogix 5000, multiple versions, and I get a blank window when I try to view the controller properties. I know the solution is to reinstall, but I really don't want to do that as I had some major frustrations getting it to work. Any advice other than reinstall?

figured it out...AMD video card, had HydraVision desktop enabled. Disabled it, presto, controller properties appear.
