EPAS-4 and Windows 7

Hello!
Has anybody gotten these 2 working together ? I installed it and seems to be working, ran as admin, but I can't upload the program from the controller, never tried downloading. Ethernet seems to be connecting but won't upload, serial doesn't work at all.

Any info appreciated.
