CPI relay logic editor, uses Genius

From the late 80's to early 90's...has anyone ever heard of CPI, as a relay logic editor?

Well, it appears to be DOS based.
The splash screen has a date range of 1986-1995.
The instruction set is RLL, with some throw-back to PLC-2 (GET, PUT) in its own instructions.
Davenport, IOWA is mentioned as an address.
