CtC Interact 5.2 Password timeout?

Has anyone had any experience with this?
I know how to setup users and user levels in the software and such but cannot seem to find where to change the timeout time so the screens automatically lock.
I have called support one time before on something else with no luck and parkers web site will not let me register!
Already wore google out.
