S7-1200 PLC communication with WINCC RUNTIME SCADA professional

i am using s7-1200 (CPU 1214 DC/DC/DC) & wincc runtime SCADA v12(professional)[General PC] & this kind of project , I am handling for first time.
I want to communicate the PLC & SCADA by Ethernet protocol. i have read the helps from software but it is nothing work for me. So kindly help me out

Each package has a different approach. So, do you use TIA Portal or Simatic Manager?

I have TIA Portal V12.
