kepware v5 tag configuration

I need some help getting the tag info from 1756ebt though 1756dh485/a to a slc500 5/04 channel channel 1. got some info from ab but all their examples show a 1756dhrio module. right now i am using (ipaddress,slot,slot for dh485,node.slcchannel.node which looks like 192.168.12.3,1,6,30.a.0 is this correct?
