I have an AB 1769-L35E PLC connected to a Windows 7 computer.
We actually have 6 of these setups. They all work great until...
We lost a computer and had to install a new one. Now the Logix Clock Update Tool sets the PLC time to UTC instead of CST. This only started with the installation of this new computer.
When I click on the device to see properties, it says that the device time is exactly 6 hours ahead of the computer time, (because the device is going to UTC) and the difference is > 1000mS. So it knows the device time doesn't match, but when I sync the device stays on UTC.
I'm pretty much a rookie, here. More of a computer guy than an PLC guy. Any advice is most appreciated!
